At Medallia, I designed select content that addressed gaps in consistency and impact across social channels. Existing posts often felt disjointed, making it hard to build a recognizable brand presence. I created scalable systems and redesigned templates for blog thumbnails, social graphics, and event promos that brought cohesion across platforms. To ensure adoption, I also led a session walking cross-functional teams through how to use the new templates in Figma, giving them tools that were easy to implement and sustain. These updates made content more visually engaging, easier for teams to produce, and stronger in representing the brand on social.
