Medallia - Content Systems and Social Design
At Medallia, I designed content systems to close gaps in consistency and impact across social channels.
Existing posts often felt disjointed, making it hard for the brand to build a recognizable presence.

I created scalable systems and redesigned templates for blog thumbnails, social graphics, and event promotions that brought cohesion across platforms. To ensure adoption, I led a working session with cross-functional teams, walking them through how to use the new templates in Figma. By building tools that were simple to implement and sustain, I gave teams the ability to produce on-brand content quickly and confidently.

The updates did more than refresh design. They reduced bottlenecks, made content production faster, and gave teams the confidence to create at scale without sacrificing brand consistency. The result was content that felt more visually engaging, easier to produce, and stronger in representing the company. This project became part of a larger narrative of elevating B2B brands through cohesive storytelling systems, showing how design can create both efficiency and identity across every touchpoint.
