I led the design of high-traffic interior signage in introductory areas, setting the visual tone for the venue and ensuring the first touchpoints felt intentional and on brand. I also designed key merchandise pieces featured in the Medallia Market, where I worked directly with attendees, creating meaningful interactions that extended the brand beyond the screen.
Beyond design, I was embedded in production. From monitoring the main stage YouTube livestream to running mics during breakout sessions, I supported the flow of the event to ensure smooth, impactful moments. The work reflected how I show up - not just as a designer behind the scenes, but as someone who helps build the energy of an experience from concept to execution.
