Pin Wall Activation
For Medallia’s 2024 Experience Conference, I led the creative direction and fabrication design of the Pin Wall - a branded activation crafted to spark connection, conversation, and community among attendees.

Set within the center of the event, the Pin Wall invited marketers, executives, and customers to personalize their lanyards by selecting from a curated set of pins reflecting identity, values, and voice. This small, tactile moment became a meaningful catalyst for conversation - helping bridge gaps between clients, teams, and leadership in an approachable, human way.

Beyond the visuals, I designed the fabrication of the wall itself - considering materials, scale, and overall floor layout to ensure the activation felt intentional and intuitive within the broader conference environment.

What started as a simple station became a storytelling touchpoint - transforming lanyards into conversation starters and connection builders.
